Building Permit for a Prefabricated Home
The building permit is one of the most important stages in the construction of any permanent residence. It is not simply a bureaucratic procedure, but a technical and legal step of high responsibility, which determines whether the project can proceed correctly, legally, and without unexpected delays.
At EasyGreen, we undertake the complete process of issuing the building permit for prefabricated homes, with specialised engineers and studies adapted to the construction method of each home.
Legality, safety, and a clear process
The issuance of a building permit requires proper planning, experience, and knowledge of the current urban planning legislation. From the very beginning, the plot data, building terms, area restrictions, and technical requirements of the project are examined.
At EasyGreen, the building permit is treated as a key part of the overall construction process. Our goal is for the owner to know from the start what is required, what is included, which steps follow, and which actions may be needed before the permit is issued.
Specialised and experienced engineers
The issuance of the permit and the preparation of the required studies are carried out by specialised engineers, with experience both in urban planning legislation and in the specific requirements of prefabricated homes.
Our team understands the requirements of the urban planning authorities, prevents potential issues, and ensures that the studies are complete, technically correct, and compatible with the selected construction system.
What the building permit includes
Depending on the project, the process may include architectural studies, structural studies, mechanical and electromechanical studies, an energy study, preparation and completion of the file, submission to the competent authority, and monitoring of the process until the permit is issued.
The owner knows what is submitted, the progress of the file, and which documents must be available, such as a recent topographic survey linked to the state coordinate system.
