Two-Storey 134 sq.m. Home with Functional Design and Clean Lines

The PRISMA 134 two-storey 134 sq.m. home is a modern housing proposal in a minimal Bauhaus style, designed for families looking for functionality, comfort, and timeless aesthetics. With a total surface area of 133.87 sq.m., the home is organized across two levels, offering a clear separation between the shared spaces on the ground floor and the more private zone on the upper floor.

The architecture of PRISMA 134 is based on minimal geometric forms, clean lines, and a contemporary aesthetic with earthy tones. The large openings enhance natural light and create a direct connection with the outdoor space, the veranda, and the garden.

On the ground floor, the main everyday living area is developed, with an open-plan living room and dining area, a functionally positioned kitchen, and large balcony doors leading to the garden. An additional room is also provided on the same level, which can be used as an office, guest room, or auxiliary space, along with a guest WC.

The upper floor includes three comfortable bedrooms and the main bathroom of the home. The large verandas, accessible from the bedrooms, enhance the home’s connection with the outdoor space and offer additional areas for relaxation.

The layout of the spaces has been designed with a focus on everyday comfort and flexibility of use. The additional room on the ground floor can be adapted to the owner’s needs, while the three bedrooms on the upper floor comfortably meet the needs of a family.

PRISMA 134 is an ideal choice for permanent residence, holiday use, or investment purposes. Like all EasyGreen home designs, it can be adapted to the plot, orientation, planning restrictions, and desired construction system. It can be implemented using the Prime, Hybrid, Energy, or Passive systems, depending on the project goal, budget, and desired level of energy performance.
