The Kalliopi Luxury Apartments is a tourist accommodation complex in Limnos, currently comprising twelve (12) independent residences of 66 sq.m. each, designed to offer comfortable and high-quality hospitality. The project is a representative example of tourist residences in Limnos, with independent accommodation units designed for a comfortable stay.
The architectural design was developed by EasyGreen in close collaboration with the owner of the complex. From the outset, the objective was not simply to repeat a series of small residences, but to create a recognisable ensemble that could serve as a point of reference for the area, without conflicting with the scale and character of the settlement.
The distinctive roofs of the residences became a key element of the project’s architectural identity and, over time, became closely associated with the image of Kalliopi Luxury Apartments, creating a distinctive yet balanced presence within the Limnos landscape.
The project was completed in successive phases, beginning in 2015 and developing steadily over the following years as the result of a long-term collaboration and a relationship of trust with the owner of the complex.
The residences feature functional layouts, bright interiors and contemporary design, with emphasis on guest comfort and harmonious integration into the Limnos landscape. Their design is ideally suited to tourist accommodation, both for short stays and longer-term visits.
