The Carob Villas is a tourist accommodation complex and a representative example of tourist residences in Crete. Completed in 2020, it consists of two identical 43 sq.m. residences with 18 sq.m. lofts and one central 61 sq.m. residence, all designed to provide comfortable, high-quality accommodation in northern Crete.
The architectural design was developed by EasyGreen’s team of architects, with the aim of creating residences that combine functionality, comfort and an aesthetic approach suited to the character of tourist accommodation in Crete.
The residences feature functional, bright interiors, while the lofts are used as sleeping areas, adding character and the feel of a summer home. The room design places emphasis on relaxation, privacy and a natural connection with the outdoor spaces.
The interior design follows a warm, contemporary aesthetic, with clean lines, earthy tones and materials that create a welcoming atmosphere. The result is a collection of tourist residences that combines functionality, comfort and timeless design, created to offer an enjoyable accommodation experience.
The project was completed by EasyGreen, with emphasis on construction quality and the appropriate adaptation of the architecture to the needs of tourist accommodation.
