The METHODIKO is a school building in Koropi, with a total area of 252 m², constructed using EasyGreen’s PRIME system. The project was completed in 2025 and is already fully operational.
The architectural design was developed by EasyGreen’s team of architects, with the aim of creating a functional, safe and modern educational environment, adapted to the school’s everyday operational needs.
This is a distinctive project with increased technical requirements, including:
- high levels of sound insulation,
- enhanced fire resistance in accordance with the legislation governing educational buildings,
- an elevator ensuring full accessibility,
- covered schoolyard areas,
- a contemporary, clean and modern architectural style.
The project demonstrates EasyGreen’s ability to successfully deliver special-purpose buildings beyond residential construction, with precision, quality and full compliance with the project’s functional requirements.
