In Nafplio, EasyGreen constructed two prefabricated residences on the same plot, designed for a beloved family of three – two parents and their teenage son – with the aim of creating a warm, functional and comfortable home for everyday living.
The main residence is a two-storey prefabricated detached house with a basement, with a total area of 168 sq.m., constructed using the Energy system. This system was selected to ensure high energy performance, thermal comfort and low energy consumption, making it ideal for a permanent family home.
On the same plot, an independent single-storey guest house of 27 sq.m. was also created, constructed using the Prime system. It is intended to accommodate friends and relatives, offering privacy both to the guests and to the family.
The ground floor of the main residence includes the spaces for everyday life – the living room, dining area and kitchen – arranged in an open and bright layout. The family’s bedrooms are located on the upper floor, designed to provide calm, privacy and personal space, meeting the needs of both the parents and their teenage son.
The project as a whole is a representative example of a prefabricated residence in Nafplio, combining different construction systems according to use, always with emphasis on quality, functionality and everyday living.
