Traditional tourist residence in the settlement of Chavriata – Kefalonia
This residence is located in the traditional settlement of Chavriata in Kefalonia and is a tourist residence with a total area of 54.56 m², which was constructed in 2022 with the EasyGreen’s PRIME system. This house is a typical example of a prefabricated house in Kefalonia, adapted to the requirements of a traditional settlement.
The design and construction were fully adapted to the architectural constraints of the settlement, with an emphasis onpreserving the traditional character. The house features artificial stone cladding, wooden frames and architectural window frames, combining local aesthetics with modern construction and comfort specifications.
This project highlights the ability of the PRIME system to adapt to demanding environments, offering quality tourist homes that respect the identity of the place.
