The Stately Villa in Corfu is a Passive House in Corfu, comprising a two-storey residence with a total area of 234 sq.m., an additional 125 sq.m. basement and a private swimming pool. The project was designed and constructed entirely by EasyGreen, with an emphasis on high energy efficiency and long-term construction quality.
The architectural design was carried out by EasyGreen’s architectural team and approved by the Corfu Architecture Council and the Local Council of Monuments of the Ionian Islands, as the project is located a short distance from the Achilleion Palace. This requirement resulted in a particularly careful design approach that respects the local architecture, the historic surroundings and the distinctive character of the area.
The villa’s architecture is in harmony with the traditional architecture of Corfu, both in its form and its choice of materials, while the design makes full use of the natural landscape of Gastouri, near the Achilleion Palace. Clean lines, natural tones and carefully considered details create a timeless result that blends seamlessly with its surroundings.
The residence includes five bedrooms, spacious living areas, wellness spaces and functional auxiliary areas, fully meeting the needs of a family of five. The project was completed in 2020 for private clients from abroad and is a representative example of Passive House principles applied to a high-end luxury residence with demanding specifications.
