1. What is Hybrid
Hybrid combines the Prime construction shell with full home equipment.
2. Who it is for
It is intended for owners who want a turnkey home, a clear budget, and comfort from day one.
3. Construction philosophy
It is based on the same construction shell as Prime, with variable wall thickness of 180–245 mm.
The difference concerns the equipment exclusively.
4. Energy performance
Indicative annual energy consumption for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water:
approximately 35.3 kWh/m²·year
This value is comparative and indicative. The calculation estimate was carried out using the PHPP software, based on a specific 85 sq.m. home in Spata, Attica.
The actual consumption of each home depends on the geometry of the building, its orientation, location, shading, heating/cooling systems, the way it is used, and the habits of the residents.
5. What it includes
Hybrid includes the complete construction of the home with an upgraded level of equipment, so that the house is delivered ready for occupancy.
It includes the Prime construction shell, full electrical and plumbing installation, heating and cooling system, domestic hot water system, window shutters, basic bathroom equipment, kitchen, wardrobes, and upgraded home equipment according to the system’s Specifications Guide.
Hybrid differs from Prime mainly in terms of equipment and installations, offering a more complete solution for owners who want a turnkey home.
6. What to expect
Delivery of a home ready for occupancy, with no additional work required.
External wall layer build-up of the Prime / Hybrid system
The Hybrid system uses the same construction shell as the Prime system, based on a timber load-bearing structure made from Nordic Spruce structural timber and OSB structural boards.
The layering of materials ensures:
- stability and durability of the construction
- high thermal insulation performance
- airtightness of the shell
- protection against moisture and external stresses
Externally, a thermal insulation system with graphite EPS and final render is applied, while internally the wall is completed with fire-resistant plasterboard.
The Hybrid system maintains the same structural shell as Prime, differing mainly in the equipment and the level of energy installations.
