This value is comparative and indicative. The calculation estimate was carried out using the PHPP software, based on a specific 85 sq.m. home in Spata, Attica.
The actual consumption of each home depends on the geometry of the building, its orientation, location, shading, heating/cooling systems, the way it is used, and the habits of the residents.
5. What it includes
Energy includes an upgraded home construction with a reinforced building shell and increased energy efficiency.
It includes reinforced external wall construction, increased insulation, full electrical and plumbing installation, full MEP equipment, heating and cooling system, domestic hot water system, window shutters, kitchen, wardrobes, basic bathroom equipment, and other elements specified in the system’s Specifications Guide.
Energy differs from the basic systems mainly in terms of the increased thermal performance of the shell and the level of equipment, offering a more complete solution for permanent living with lower operating costs.

External wall layer build-up of the Energy system
The external wall construction of the Energy system is based on a reinforced timber load-bearing structure and a layering of materials that ensure high thermal insulation performance and increased shell stability.
The main timber frame, made from Nordic Spruce structural timber, is filled with thermal insulation material and clad with OSB structural boards, creating a robust and energy-efficient wall system.
Externally, a thermal insulation system with graphite EPS, reinforcing fiberglass mesh, and final exterior render is applied, while internally the wall is completed with fire-resistant plasterboard.
The shell construction of the Energy system has been designed to offer improved thermal performance and reduced energy losses compared to the basic construction systems.
