Easy Green gives you free of charge the building permit. For every house above 80m² that Easy Green undertake the construction, gives you free of charge the building permit and also the supervision of the construction.

NOTES

  • The offer for a free building permit is valid for residential properties with area of main spaces above 80m².Doesn't count the main spaces,the basements,warehouses,lofts and semi-detached houses.
  • The offer applies to residences delivered at stage D (fully integrated and equipped residences)
  • The offer is valid for the whole country of Greece.
  • The offer includes all engineering fees for study and supervision for the building permit.
  • The offer does not include various public fees and reservations
  • The owner must have a recent topographic diagram dependent on the state coordinate system.
  • In order for the offer to be valid, a written acceptance of the offer for the construction of the residence has to be made, and an advance payment has to be made at the same time up to 15% of the total cost of the residence.
